Rose and Ryan Marry at Historic Park

My second wedding May 5th was at a favorite local historic site, Fort McAllister. Who doesn’t love a good historic fort?

This particular site is an old Confederate fort. General Sherman captured the fort in 1864 and ended his “March to the Sea”.

On May 5, 2012 the historic site was the venue for the wedding of Ryan and Rose Stowers. Ryan and Rose are a delightful couple. They were very active and engaged in planning their wedding. It was a delight to work with them and get to know them. The ceremony took place overlooking the marsh, and the bride was walked down the aisle accompanied by her mother.

Thank you, Ryan and Rose, for letting me share your special day.
